2) How do I use MEmart?
1. Create an account at memart.kr.
2. Shop for items you want and add to cart. If you don't see certain items you need, please request them through "Request a Product" located at the top right of the webiste.
3. Confirm the products, quantity, and prices in "Your cart" and proceed to checkout.
4. Fill out the recipient's information under "Shipping address". Please make sure that all the information you provide is accurate (Full name, reachable mobile number, postal code needed if you have one in your area).
*MEmart is not resposible for any returns or ship backs caused due to the wrong information provided under "Shipping address".
5. Confirm "Contact", "Ship to" and "Shipping method" --> then "Continue to pay".
6. Once you select the payment method and the billing address, click on "Order Completed".
7. If you did not receive any email from us after ordering or have any further questions, please contact us at memart@memart.kr OR Korean office number +82 2 6953 2921.

3) Payment
At MEmart, you can make the payment in either USD, KRW, SAR or AED.
[USD Payment]
-Card (Visa, AMEX, Master and more)
-PayPal (PayPal account must be under non-Korean address)
[KRW Payment]
-Korean Bank Transfer
-Card (payment will be in USD but charged in KRW)
[SAR or AED Payment]
-Card (payment will be in USD but charged in SAR or AED)
-3-months financing/installment Tabby (must pay with local card & have resident identity card)

4) How long does the shipping take?
Your package will arrive to your doorstep within 3~10 business days, excluding preparation period (1~2 days)!

5) What is "Request a Product" ?
Can't find the items you want from MEmart? No Problem!
We got you covered with our "Request a Product" service.

We can get you anything that is available on Korean e-commerce platform.
Please fill out the request form from the link below so we can list the item right away!
We will forward you the link to your email.

6) Return and Exchange Policy
You may report any defects within 15 days of delivery. For details, please refer to "Return Policy" at the bottom of the page.

7) Can I send my own package along with items ordered from MEmart?
As of right now, shipping your own items along with MEmart products is unavailable.
However, we will try our best to get any item you need through "Request a Product" service. Just let us know!
