    You can check the production progress and delivery schedule of your order in Login > My Page > Purchase History.
    When you order a product, production and delivery are carried out through the 5 steps below, and you can change or cancel your order only while preparing for production.

    Preparing for production: This is the preparation stage before product production after payment has been completed.
    In production: The product you ordered is in the process of being produced, and you cannot cancel/change/refund your order from this stage.
    Preparing for delivery: After production is complete, product inspection and packaging are in progress.
    In transit: The product you ordered has been shipped and has been delivered to the courier, and the waybill number is sent via text message. You can check the delivery status by looking up the invoice number from the day after shipment.
    Delivery complete: Delivery is complete.

    Due to the nature of custom-made products, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
    After placing an order, you can change or cancel the order only in the production preparation state, and cancellation is not possible after the production status, so please cancel before production begins.
    You can cancel your order through the “Cancel Order” button in Login>My Page>Purchase History>Details.
    Marple Shop produces only ordered products to prevent waste of resources and consider the environment. Please make a careful purchase decision.
  • I received a product, can I exchange or refund?

    Due to the nature of custom-made and made-to-order products, exchanges/refunds and returns are not possible due to simple change of mind.
    However, if the received product is defective, exchange/refund and return are possible in accordance with the “Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.” .
    If you contact us by attaching at least 2 photos showing the defective part of the received product, we will help you quickly check it.
    It is not possible to exchange for a product other than the one you ordered, and exchange/refund is not possible due to product deformation or printing damage caused by careless washing, so please check the washing instructions on the product detail page.
