Ottogi 2x Brown Rice Vinegar 900ml
Fermented vinegar made by fermenting and aging brown rice as a raw material. It is 100% fermented vinegar containing 80g of brown rice per 1L. It is much more economical because it has 2 times higher acidity than general vinegar, so it gives a sour taste with a small amount.
